This is a toy made from junk. It’s originally a wooden key chain,
shaped in ehem…privat* part… It’s a gift from a friend…And now
I’ve transformed it into a “Sausage Dog” toy!

“Woof! Woooofff!” barks Doogle, the Sausage dog…

Commissioned by Noise Singapore to do a new artwork to be printed on Noise postcards as part of
publicity for the Noise Singapore 2011 festival showcase phase.
My artwork idea:
When noise surpass its limit, the world seems to be in a state of zero gravity, and illusional.

In their first edition, the  Brothers Grimm published the version they had first collected,
in which the villain of the piece is Snow White’s jealous mother.
In a version sent to another folklorist prior to the first edition, additionally,
she does not order a servant to take her to the woods,
but takes her there herself to gather flowers and abandons her; in the first edition,
this task was transferred to a servant.
It is believed that the change to a stepmother in later editions
was to tone down the story for children.

Music connects people.

*3×3 ProShow Annual 2011 – merit*

The chinese character  ”乐” has two meanings. It could mean “joy” and “music”.
I am one who will not leave the house without my headphones. I find joy when I’m plugged in.
When you enter a village, and do not speak their language, just pick up a guitar or any musical
instrument that you can find, and then start playing and singing with it. You’ll find the
connection coming even when we are of different colors and speak non the same language.
