The concept is to encourage adoption @ SPCA. Due to the law of no big dogs in small
housing apartments,and majority of us reside in small apartments, bigger dogs are
usually not popular with adoption here. The white empty house depicts the longing for
someone to fill it up, to give doggy a home. The chinese word on its right paw means
good fortune, as seen on the many japanese good luck kitties.
